AVSED has a Management Board of Trustees who meet monthly
throughout the year. We are a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee, and so our Trustees are made up of Directors and Officers. All of whom are volunteers and are jointly responsible for the business development and strategic planning of AVSED.

The Board support our Scheme Manager, who is responsible for the operational (day to day) running of the charity. We hold an AGM and produce an annual report to showcase our work.
